Parking sensor (parktronic) is a system making car parking, reverse moving in nighttime and maneuvering in narrow places easier. It minimizes a risk of damaging a body with an approaching obstacle as it timely warns the driver about a shortening distance to the object. The model has 4 sensors installed into the rear bumper, control unit installed into the trunk, informative LCD display with orange lighting which does not require connection to a control unit (wireless connection up to 10-15m). The LCD display is installed on the dashboard and connected only to 12V power supply. The benefit of this model is that it does not require routing a wire from the control unit to the display through the whole cabin. The informative LCD display shows the distance to the obstacle and information for each sensor separately. There is a sound mute switch on the display.
