Gasket sealant Abro 9ABR

ABRO silicone gasket sealant is specially designed for repair of engine gaskets in Japanese cars, but it can be also used in engine made in the USA and Europe. It is ideally suitable for repair of gaskets in crankcase covers of gearboxes, thermostat housings, inlet manifolds, crankcase pans, and water pumps. It does not degrade under the impact of car fluids (except for gasoline). Main applications: valve cover, water pump, transmission pan. Benefits: high-temperature, up to +343°C; safe for sensors (oxygen, etc.); resistant to oils, anti-freeze, water; anti-corrosive; on neutral basis (scent-free). APPLICATION: 1. Remove residues of the old gasket and clean the surface carefully, without scratches on the metal, remove dirt, fat, and oil. 2. Holds the bottle at 45-degree angle and apply the gasket sealant on the whole contact surface, thus making a layer of 2 - 3 mm of thickness. 3. Let it dry up for 10 minutes before the installation. 4. Press both jointed parts by screwing the bolts. 5. Remove excess of the sealant with a dry wipe. It is not recommended to use for the gaskets of the cylinder block head. The time for sticking of metal parts: 1 hour. The time for complete drying of the gasket with thickness 0.3 cm: 24 hours. The bottle is under pressure.
