Mobilith SHC is a series of lubricants with the highest performance properties, mostly intended for a wide range of applications in extreme temperatures. These products combine unique properties of synthetic oils and densifiers based on the complex lithium soap. The use of synthetic base oils, which do not comprise paraffin and have a low friction index (compared to mineral oils), ensures excellent pumpability at low temperatures and very low resistance during startup and operation. The lubricants ensure preservation of the energy and reduction of the temperature of operating elements of the bearings. Thanks a complex lithium thickener, these lubricants have excellent adhesion, high texture stability, resistance to water and ensure excellent protection against wear and corrosion at high and low temperatures. Mobilith SHC lubricants are lead-, chlorine- and nitrite-free. Benefits. Application. Mobilith SHC 220 is a lubricant for a wide range of applications in the high-pressure operating conditions. It is recommended for use in heavy vehicles and industrial equipment. Although it complies with NLGI 2 class, its low-temperature pumpability is similar to the same property of most lubricants based on mineral oils of NLGI 0 class. The recommended operating temperatures for Mobilith SHC 220: from -45°C to 170°C.
