Lithium lubricant Xado XA 30103

The grease with the strongest repair properties. It comprises a revitalizant. It is recommended for bearings, units, and parts with the wear up to 80%. It forms a new metal-and-ceramic coating on the surfaces of friction pairs (the parts get the material, restore their shape). It is traditionally used to restore performance of worn-out hub bearings, CV-joints and other loaded units. It can be also used for the recovery of pump and generator bearings, cross members of cardan shafts, etc. Other applications: rolling and sliding bearings of various units and mechanisms used in the household and industry. Benefits. It diverts heat from the friction areas. It fills scuffs and microcracks. It sustains high rotating speeds. It reduces noises and vibration. It compensates 80% wear. It eliminates corrosion and protects the units from aggressive environments. Application. When using the filling gun for the grease, add the grease using the grease press until the grease appears in the gaps of the lubricated joint. When using the grease by means of the aerosol bottle, spray it on the lubricated part, preliminary having cleaned it from dirt. In case of manual filling, Pour the lubricant into 1/2 of the empty bearing (unit) volume, having drained the old lubricant. In order to restore performance of CV-joints, it is necessary to replace the old lubricant by XADO Repair* lubricant. Dismantle the protective casing, remove the old lubricant, dismantle the CV-joint, disassembly it, but first mark up the position of all its parts. Wash the parts (it is recommended to use XADO Universal industrial flush or VERYLUBE conveyor flush for washing). Assemble the CV-joint, following the marked up location of the parts. Fill the internal cavity of the CV-joint with the lubricant, install the protective casing and install the CV-joint on its place. Use the auto until the defect disappears (no foreign noises during driving), but no more than 5000 km. Then replace XADO repair lubricant by XADO CV-joint or standard lubricant. It the lubricated CV-joint is significantly worn out, additional noise may appear on the first kilometers of operation. It is recommended to select the driving mode when this noise is maximum, e.g., during turning. Notes. The lubricant is effective for protection against current bearing wear (up to 10 000 min-1).
