Special additives prevent rust and corrosion, reduce wear, and provide extreme pressure protection. It resists water washout, and flows readily at cold temperatures. It is used for the heavy-duty chassis and for lubrication of wheel bearings; it is resistant to oxidation. Application. Today, most cars are produced with disc brakes.
