Lubricant with recovering properties. It comprises a revitalizant. It is recommended for restoration of worn-out surfaces of bearings, units, and parts with the wear up to 50%, used up to half of their service life. It forms a new metal-and-ceramic coating on the surfaces of friction pairs (the parts get the material, restore their shape). The restored unit exceeds the new one by its properties. It is traditionally used to restore roller and ball bearings of vehicles and industrial equipment. Automotive application: hub bearings, pump bearings, generator bearings, ball joints of suspension and steering, cross members of cardan shafts. Benefits. It quickly eliminates wear. In case of using the filling gun for greases. add the grease using the grease press until the grease appears in the gaps of the lubricated joint. In case of manual application. Fill 1/2 of the free volume of bearing (unit) with the grease, but before that remove the old grease. In case of using the aerosol lubricant. Spray on the lubricated part, preliminary having it cleaned from dirt. Notes. The lubricant s especially efficient for protection against current wear of the bearings with the speed up to 10 000 min-1. It is compatible with all types of automotive and industrial lubricants based on lithium, it can be mixed with them in any proportion. For the units, requiring recurrent lubricant changes, use XADO Protective lubricant in future. Use XADO Repairing lubricant for significant restoring repair.
